We are pleased to announce the opening of Patricia Morosan’s solo exhibition That Every Stone Is on Friday, 27 November 2026, from 6 to 10 pm at Galerie im Saalbau.

The starting point for Patricia Morosan’s solo exhibition That Every Stone Is is the rock formations of Les Vaches Noires on the coast of Normandy, whose geological layers preserve fossils from past eras. Drawing on this site, Morosan explores geological time, material traces, and human imagination through photography, experimental prints, sculptural photographic works, and film. The landscape becomes not only the subject of representation, but its very matter is also incorporated into some of the works themselves. Touch and imprint open up a posthumanist perspective on the relationship between humans and matter and their interconnectedness with the more-than-human world.

Photographs will be taken during the event for documentation and public relations purposes. Attendance at the event constitutes consent to the taking and subsequent use of these photographs.
