Guided tour with the curators

Neuköllner Kunstpreis

More than 170 artists living or working in Neukölln applied this year for Neuköllner Kunstpreis. Seven of them were nominated by a jury of five experts and were thus given the opportunity to receive an award. Their works will be presented to the public in a group exhibition at the Galerie im Saalbau until April 24, 2022.

With the photo series “Fallen Figures” Médine Tidou won the 3rd prize and questions the memory and perspective of the colonial European past.

The curators Yolanda Kaddu-Mulindwa and Daniela Nadwornicek together with the two prize winner Médine Tidou will give a guided tour of the exhibition on Monday, March 14 at 6 pm.
