Book launch: The Cure

In conversation with Julia Meyer-Brehm the artist Julie Legouez presents her first published book dedicated to the sensitive topic of domestic violence and coping with trauma. The book, entitled The Cure, is divided into ten chapters in which Legouez reveals her personal processing as a victim of domestic violence. Legouez presents meticulously collected details in a file, which serve as the basis for the graphic design and structure of the book.

Domestic violence remains a highly relevant social problem, and The Cure offers a personal insight into this issue. Julie Legouez sees her publication as a contribution to the debate on domestic violence and coping with trauma.
